Summer Festival in Noda
Tanabata Dancing
The 59th summer festival in Noda, Tanabata dancing, was held on August 7 and 8.
Foreign exchange students and their host families of our home stay program, staff of NIA and students of Japanese language class participated in Tanabata dancing parade and enjoyed dancing in the evening of August 7.
Twelve groups competed with each other in the contest and NIA group was awarded a prize, Tanosikatta de shou, for good performance in the dancing parade.

Summer festival in Noda was fun, wasn’t it?
We enjoyed various events, Tanabata decorations, delicious food stalls and delightful dancing parade.
