Overnight Home Stay Program
Welcome Party
Noda International Association carried out the overnight home stay program this year too. Fourteen foreign exchange students, who are studying at universities or colleges in Chiba prefecture, stayed at ordinary homes in Noda city from August 7 to 8.
They experienced a Japanese home life and enjoyed participating in Tanabata dancing parade in Noda summer festival in the evening of August 7.
They had a good time to interchange with their host families.
Prior to the program, NIA invited 14 exchange students and 14 host families to the welcome party where they all met first and talked with each other.
The welcome party was held at NPO support center on August 7 (Saturday).
The exchange students were from Taiwan (5 persons), China(1), Korea(1), Hong Kong(1), Bhutan(1), Mongolia(1), India(1), Brazil(1), Egypt(1) and USA(1).

We had fun playing Hukuwarai game (a funny face game) in which
we put a white bag over head and drew a picture of the face.
